Abstract

Long description: Zur Ermittlung der regulatorischen Eigenkapitalunterlegung können Kreditinstitute zwei alternative Ansätze anwenden, nämlich den Risikostandardansatz (KSA) und den auf internen Ratings basierenden Ansatz (IRBA). Der interne Modelle-Ansatz ist in den letzten Jahren zunehmend in den Fokus der Aufsichtsbehörden gerückt. Basierend auf dem TRIM-Projekt (Targeted review of Internal Models - TRIM) der EZB wurden europaweit die IRBA-Verfahren der Institute geprüft. Die aus TRIM hervorgegangen Anforderungen stellen zusammen mit diversen EBA-Guidelines ein Rahmenwerk dar, das bis Ende 2023 in Europa umgesetzt werden muss. Weitere Änderungen an den Verfahren leiten sich aus dem finalisierten Basel III ab. Auswirkungen hieraus ergeben sich insbesondere für die interne Steuerung der Institute..Das Buch bietet eine fundierte Zusammenstellung der Anforderungen an interne Ratingverfahren sowie absehbare Änderungen für den KSA. Die Darstellung erfolgt dabei sowohl aus der Sicht der Aufsicht, der Wissenschaft als auch aus Sicht der Industrie. Likewise a relation of another great overthrow given to the Lord Muscry, by the Lord president of Munster. With the names of some other forts and townes taken from the rebels by the Protestant army.

Abstract

Mon projet de fin d'étude "stockage saisonnier de l'énergie" est axé sur le dimensionnement et la régulation d'un système de stockage saisonnier de l'énergie grâce à la combinaison d'une pompe à chaleur géothermique et des capteurs solaires thermiques le tout couplé à des sondes géothermiques pour une maison unifamiliale au Luxembourg dans le but d'effectuer un test sur le terrain. L'objectif du projet est de maximiser le coefficient de performance annuel du système (SPF) tout en évitant l'utilisation d'un antigel qui est souvent interdit dans certaines localités au Luxembourg.

Abstract

Wordt klein wonen het nieuwe gewoon? 43% van de mensen zal midden deze eeuw alleenwonend zijn. Alle reden om aan een klein wonen aandacht te geven in de bouwproductie. In 2016 startte in Almere de BouwEXPO Tiny Housing met een ideeënprijsvraag. Iedereen kon meedoen. De winnaars bouwden zestien permanente huisjes aan het Nimfenplein. Sommige huisjes zijn vrijstaand, andere zijn geschakeld dan wel gestapeld. Ze zijn allemaal als echte woningen vergund en worden bewoond. De huisjes zijn de inspiratie voor klein wonen elders. Op lege plekken, als inbreiding, op daken, of als volledige nieuwbouwbuurten. Het boek documenteert de huisjes. In het boek passeert ook het totale maakproces de revue: van bestemmingsplan, welstand, verkavelingsplan tot parkeernormen. Van grondovereenkomsten, tijdelijk gebruik, omgevingsvergunning tot de gelijkwaardigheidsbepaling in het bouwbesluit.

Abstract

The alleged responsibility of meats and processed meat products for some of our population’s major health issues has created an opportunity for the promotion of meat analogs. This emerging competition forces the need for changes in livestock production systems for improving nutritive value and obtaining healthier and safer meat products. The morbidity and mortality attributed to Salmonella and other pathogens remain a public health issue. Hence, there is an urgent need for developing intervention technologies to control such pathogens. Beef is packaged with an array of healthy nutrients and is the highest valued livestock product. However, staples (e.g., pork, poultry) and some co-products can also be nutrient dense and/or provide a unique sensory experience with advantageous technological quality. Carcass yield is a major determinant of livestock value. Hence, objective technologies are strongly needed to effectively segregate the heterogeneous supply of carcasses into homogeneous groups in yield of cuts. Not all meats are created equal, and differences in their intrinsic characteristics may be expected when they are produced in different regions and under diverse production schemes. Nevertheless, reports aiming to characterize meats originated from different zones (e.g., tropical latitudes) are scarce. This Special Issue of Foods, “Progress on Nutrient Composition, Meat Standardization, Grading, Processing, and Safety for Different Types of Meat Sources”, comprising fourteen peer-reviewed papers, is now being released as a book that will serve as an invaluable reference in addressing the current dearth of knowledge regarding the aforementioned topics, and is also envisaged to serve in updating food scientists and stakeholders of the meat value chain globally.
