The purpose of this paper is to assess patients’ long-term evolution and complications after a transposition of great arteries (TGA) by atrial switch followed up in Cliniques Universitaires Saint-Luc.Population: -Regarding survival study. The population is constituted by 61 patients operated for TGA by atrial switch in CUSL. The mean age population is 36 ±6 (21-45) and comprises 32 men (52%). Twenty-one had a Mustard operation between 1968 and 1977 whereas 40 patients (66%) had a Senning operation between 1972 and 1992. Forty-one patients (67 %) had a simple TGA and twenty patients (33%) had a complex TGA. Regarding long-term complications and functional status : in a population of 42 patients regularly followed up in CUSL, the mean age is 34 ±6 years (21-45ans) and comprises 20 men (48%). Twenty-nine (69 %) had a Senning operation between 1972 and 1992 and 13 (31%) had a Mustard operation between 1968 and 1977. Twenty-eight patients (70%) had a simple TGA and 14 patients (30%) had a complex TGA. Results : The global survival ( without death and cardiac transplantation) in our population is 90% for a follow up period of 38 years witch correspond at a reduction of survival comparing with Belgian population of the same age (p<0.001). Most frequent long-term complications are arythmies followed by cardiac dysfunction and baffles anomalies. There is no significative difference of survival and the development of significant arythmies between Senning and Mustard groups. No difference in terms of survival of survival or long-term complication between simple and complex TGA groups aroused in this study. Long-term results are globally positive in terms of long-term survival and mortality. There is no evolution difference between Senning patients and Mustard patients and between simple TGA and complex TGA. L'objectif de ce travail de recherche clinique est d'évaluer le devenir à long terme et la survenue de complications chez les patients opérés d'une transposition des grands vaisseaux (TGV) par Switch atrial suivis au Cliniques Universitaires Saint-Luc (CUSL) .Pour l'étude de la survie : La population est constituée de 61 patients opérés d'une TGV par switch atrial suivis aux CUSL. L'âge moyen de la population est de 36 ± 6 ans (21-45) et comprend 32 hommes (52%). Vingt et un patients (34%) ont eu une correction selon Mustard, entre 1968 et 1977, et 40 patients (66%) ont eu une correction selon Senning, entre 1972-1992. Quarante-et-un patients (67%) avaient une TGV simple et 20 patients (33%) avaient une TGV complexe.Pour l'étude des complications à long terme et du statut fonctionnel : Sur une population de 42 patients suivis régulièrement aux CUSL, l'âge moyen est de 34 ± 6 ans (21-45) et comprend 20 hommes (48%). Vingt-neuf (69%) ont été opérés selon Senning, entre 1972 et 1992 et 13 (31%) ont été opérés selon Mustard, entre 1968 et 1977. Vingt-huit patients (70%) avaient une TGV simple et 14 patients (30%) avaient une TGV complexe.Résultats : La survie globale (hors décès et transplantation cardiaque) de notre population est de 90% pour un suivi de 38 ans ce qui correspond à une moindre survie par rapport à la population belge du même âge (p<0.001). Les complications à long terme les plus fréquentes sont la survenue d'arythmies suivie de l'insuffisance cardiaque et de la sténose des chenaux. Il n'y a pas de différence significative quant à la survie et à la survenue des complications à long terme entre les patients opérés selon Senning et les patients opérés selon Mustard. Aucune différence en termes de survie ou de survenue de complications à long terme entre le groupe des TGV simples et le groupe des TGV complexes n'a également été mise en évidence dans cette étude.Conclusion : Les résultats à long terme sont globalement favorables en termes de survie et de mortalité a long terme. Il n'y a pas de différence d'évolution entre les patients opérés selon Senning et selon Mustard et entre les TGV simples et les TGV complexes.

This master’s thesis, entitled « Transposition of European Directive 2013/34/EU into Belgian accounting law: Revolution or simple evolution? », analyses what are the main changes introduced by this new accounting directive and what is the attitude adopted by the Belgian legislature by observing the transposition of this directive into Belgian accounting law. In order to analyse the impact beyond the theoretical aspects, field interviews have been carried out with economic professionals. Ce travail de fin d'étude, intitulé " La transposition européenne 2013/34/UE en droit comptable belge: Révolution ou simple évolution? ", analyse les changements introduits par la nouvelle directive comptable et quelle est l'attitude adoptée par le législateur belge en observant la transposition de cette directive dans le droit comptable belge. Afin d'analyser l'impact de cette directive au-delà de la théorie, des entrevues ont été réalisées avec des professionnels économiques.
