Dans un contexte où le capitalisme détruit la planète et le monde numérique influence nos cerveaux, je me suis interrogée sur les formes narratives en particulier les récits spéculatifs et/ ou anticipatifs, ainsi que leur place dans le monde contemporain. Ce mémoire soulève des questions sur les archives du futur et sur la manière dont elles puisent dans le passé pour façonner leur civilisation : « À quoi pourraient ressembler les archives d’une bibliothèque alternative post-apocalyptique perçues à travers le prisme de l’Emozihr ? » A travers cette boîte d’archives, j’ai choisi de me pencher sur la question de la réinterprétation du passé dans le futur. J’ai ainsi créé plusieurs objets liés à un monde post-métavers psychédélique, qui a conduit à l’extinction de l’humanité. Ces archives sont rassemblées dans la bibliothèque alternative d’une société utopique post-apocalyptique, qui a appris de ses erreurs grâce à l’archéologie. Cette boîte est triée en trois parties : avant, pendant, et après l’Emozhir. L’Emozihr, un monde que j’ai inventé, est né en 2048 pendant l’ère du Metavers. Des marginauxales ont développé VibrA, une bactérie quantique qui les transporte dans des expériences psychédéliques et spirituelles. Cependant, leur blob, alimenté par les rêves, est confisqué par Meta pour créer un Post-Metavers. Grâce à des compositions sonores binaires, iels manipulent les masses et leurs inconscients, créant ainsi l’Emozihr.

Les phénomènes des gated communities sont un phénomène frappant le monde occidental depuis plusieurs années et son responsable de sécession sociale. On retrouve ce concept dans divers œuvres cinématographique dystopique, que j'étudie brièvement, mais je m'attarde sur la série "Trepalium" reprenant l'ensemble de ces problématiques.
