Présentation de l'éditeur : "En matière de lutte contre la corruption, le législateur s'est pendant très longtemps contenté d'apporter une réponse répressive à cette délinquance « en col blanc ». Il a fallu attendre la loi Sapin I du 29 janvier 1993 prévention de la corruption et à la transparence de la vie économique et des procédures publiques pour que soit appréhendé le risque de corruption. Plus de vingt ans après cette réforme, des progrès restaient à accomplir en dépit des apports des lois des 11 octobre et 6 décembre 2013. C'est dans ce contexte qu'a été publiée en décembre 2016 la loi Sapin II relative à la transparence, à la lutte contre la corruption et à la modernisation de la vie économique qui a justement pour objectif de « permettre de porter la législation française en la matière aux meilleurs standards européens et internationaux » (Agence française anticorruption, obligation de prévention du risque de corruption, convention judiciaire d'intérêt public, peine de mise en conformité,...). Cet ouvrage a pour ambition d'analyser les dispositifs mis en place par le législateur pour lutter contre le risque de corruption. Si la première partie de cette journée sera consacrée à la prévention du risque de corruption, la seconde partie sera dédiée à la réalisation dudit risque. "

The reader includes both original treatments and translated texts. It presents the corruption monitoring system of Coalition 2000, with a focus on corruption indexes. The latter represent the Coalition's creative contribution to the attempt to monitor the fluctuations of public ideas and attitudes to this phenomenon. The translated materials include the methodology and indexes of Transparency International, the Bribe Payers Index developed by this international organization and a Corruption Index according to countries. The reader also contains a translation of Graf Lambsdorf's Empirical Studies of Corruption. In addition to the materials of Transparency International, the reader also contains a Global Program against Corruption of the Centre for International Crime Prevention, the Office for Drug Control and Crime Prevention and the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Institute.
