L?examen en autofluorescence, imagerie récente, connaît un intérêt grandissant grâce à l?arrivée de nouvelles technologies, notamment l?ophtalmoscope à balayage laser (SLO). Examen non invasif mais souvent méconnu, il peut permettre d?emblée d?évoquer un diagnostic, guider la thérapeutique, là ou des examens plus invasifs comme l?angiographie peuvent échouer. Autofluorescence du fond d?œil est un atlas qui a pour but d?illustrer les principales pathologies rétiniennes et choroïdiennes en autofluorescence. Il propose une collection raisonnée d?images, positionnant l?autofluorescence par rapport aux autres examens et, par une approche logique et didactique, guide le lecteur dans l?analyse, la compréhension et l?interprétation des images.
