Telle est l'ambition de cet ouvrage, fruit des actes d'un colloque. Au final, trois perspectives se dessinent : celle des moyens de l'emprise judiciaire sur le corps, celle de la mise du corps a l'epreuve des peines reelles ou imaginaires et celle des espaces politiques et disciplinaires que tracent les usages judiciaires des corps.
