Abstract

A l'heure ou la plupart des systèmes scolaires mettent en place des réformes pouvant toucher aussi bien les structures, les programmes que les pratiques pédagogiques, la formation continue représente un atout essentiel à la réussite de ces transformations. Pour éclairer ce contexte de changement, cet ouvrage pose, à travers des réflexions et des recherches, un regard sur les nouveaux besoins en formation continue dans différents systèmes éducatifs. En prenant en compte la situation des directions d'école, des conseillères et conseillers pédagogiques et celle du personnel enseignant, il propose des réflexions issues de la pratique et des façons d'envisager une continuité dans la formation. La perspective adoptée est résolument socioconstructiviste et met l'accent sur la nécessité d'articuler théorie et pratique et de développer la pratique réflexive et la métacognition des personnes en formation continue.
