Nous présentons une étude de la composition et de l'activité de la comète 252P/LINEAR sur base des observations réalisées avec le télescope TRAPPIST-South lors de son passage de 2016. Les techniques de réduction et de traitement des données sont détaillées et un mode d'emploi pour celles-ci a été réalisé. Les taux de production de différents gaz ont été calculés sur base du modèle de Haser. Un indicateur de l'activité des poussières cométaires (Afρ) a également été déterminé. Nous analysons leur évolution en fonction du temps et de la distance héliocentrique et déterminons la classe chimique de 252P/LINEAR en plus de son rapport poussière/gaz. Nous confirmons des résultats obtenus par d'autres observateurs, à savoir un rapport poussière/gaz très bas et une activité en augmentation jusqu'à près d'un mois après le passage de la comète à son périhélie. Nous mettons enfin en évidence des structures dans la coma de 252P et estimons une période de rotation sur base de l'évolution de ces structures au cours du temps. We present a study of the composition and activity of comet 252P/LINEAR based on the observations made with the TRAPPIST-South telescope. Data reduction and processing techniques are detailed and a dedicated cookbook has been drafted. The production rates of different gases were calculated on the basis of the Haser model. An indicator of cometary dust activity (Afρ) was also determined. We analyze their evolution as a function of time and the heliocentric distance and determine the 252P/LINEAR chemical class in addition to its dust-to-gas ratio. We confirm the results obtained by other observers, namely a very low dust-to-gas ratio and an activity increasing up to almost a month after the comet passed to its perihelion. We finally highlight structures in the coma of 252P and provide and estimated period of rotation based on the evolution of these structures over time.
