Abstract

Lors de notre travail de recherche, nous avons effectué une étude au sein d'une entreprise qui appartient désormais au groupe français Eiffage. Ce rachat a engendré la mise en place d'un nouveau type de structure : la structure matricielle. Cette dernière est source de nombreux changements internes ainsi qu'au niveau de la gestion des ressources humaines. Le but de cette étude est de comprendre quels sont les enjeux d'un tel type de structure dans la gestion des ressources humaines mais surtout, quels rôles occupent les RH dans une telle structure.
