In order to improve the performances and the efficiency of the exploitation design office team at GDTech S.A., the Kaizen principles were executed. They allowed to determine the causes of the wastes and some improvement propositions were presented. On one hand, databases were created, to reduce the research times. On the other hand, for recurrent demands, preliminary analysis were conducted, in order to reduce the processing time of the analysis. Thanks to the Deming cycle, performance indicators were measured, before and after the introduction of the two kinds of solutions. In the end, the impact of the Kaizen principles is a time gain of 730 hours per year.
