This dissertation explores the empowerment of women in the Middle East through psychosocial interventions, focusing on Iranian women in particular. The study examines the impact of learning spaces and coping strategies on improving women's quality of life. It employs both qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the outcomes of intervention programs for single mothers and newly married women. The research demonstrates that teaching coping strategies can significantly enhance the quality of life for women, fostering empowerment and better life management skills. This work provides a conceptual framework for social work practice aimed at empowering women in challenging social environments.
