In der vorliegenden Abhandlung wird ein System zur autonomen 3D-Umweltmodellierung vorgestellt, welches auf den drei Hauptprozessen Datenaufnahme, Datenintegration und Aktionsplanung beruht. Basis der Modellierung sind dichte Tiefenbilder, generiert durch einen rotierenden Zeilenscanner, mit Punktmerkmalen. Durch die Registrierung aller Daten können die Fehler der odometrischen Lagebestimmung minimiert werden. Anhand der ermittelten 3D-Daten wird die nächste beste Aufnahmeposition ermittelt.

Three dimensional modeling and visualization of environments is an increasingly important problem. This work addresses the problem of automatic 3D reconstruction and we present a system for unsupervised reconstruction of textured 3D models in the context of modeling indoor environments. We present solutions to all aspects of the modeling process and an integrated system for the automatic creation of large scale 3D models.

Cet ouvrage permet de découvrir le slam, mouvement contemporain de poésie, à travers 21 artistes français, belges, suisses et québécois. Il stimule chez l'apprenant de langue étrangère, maternelle ou seconde, le goût de la créativité et de l'oralité par un travail d'écoute, associé à des jeux d'écriture et d'interprétation. Du jeu au je, il n'y a qu'un pas : l'atelier slam vise à aider les participants à trouver leur chemin, leur "voix" dans l'écriture et la mise en corps. Les activités proposées dans l'ouvrage ciblent les objectifs linguistiques et fonctionnels des niveaux A1 à C1 du CECR.

Automated vehicles heavily rely on accurate self-localization to operate safely and efficiently in dynamic road traffic scenarios. In this work, an iterative and robust approach to create highly accurate maps comprising any number of drives of arbitrary length with constant computation complexity is proposed. Furthermore, a high-precision self-localization method using multiple cameras covering the surrounding environment is presented.

In this work, probabilistic methods for combining multiple sensors utilizing multi-sensor fusion for robust and precise localization and mapping in heterogeneous outdoor environments are presented. Aspects of increasing the reliability of landmark recognition are highlighted, as well as the integration of additional absolute and relative sensors using advanced filtering techniques.
