This dissertation explores the development of Science Parks (SPs) with a focus on talent attraction activities. It examines how SPs organize these activities to enhance their performance by attracting desired talent, considering the structure, processes, and stakeholder relationships. The study highlights the role of SPs in providing tenant firms with suitable human resources, thereby contributing to their growth. Through qualitative and quantitative research, the dissertation presents a model that views talent attraction as a key factor influencing SP performance. It offers recommendations for SP managers to support firms in talent acquisition, strengthen ties with universities, and foster an innovative environment. The intended audience includes academics, SP managers, and policy makers interested in SP development and talent management.
