Comment la tendresse peut-elle se penser et s'intégrer dans le cadre de la cure analytique ? Peut-elle être un catalyseur ? Au-delà de la bienveillance, de l'empathie, du transfert et contre-transfert... y a-t-il une place pour la tendresse dans le cadre de la cure psychanalytique ? Interroger la tendresse, c'est interroger la relation entre thérapeute et patient et la profondeur de cette relation. Certains psychanalystes parlent d'une « pulsion d'atta-chement ». Elle permettrait de lier la théorie freudienne des pulsions et la relation d'objet avec celle de l'attachement. On a quelquefois rapproché le « courant tendre » de Freud du concept d'attachement. La tendresse et l'attachement ou la pulsion d'at-tachement sont-ils donc du même registre ? Attachement, courant tendre, pulsionnel des origines non encore sexualisé, pulsion de tendresse... les options sont multiples. Peut-on imaginer une troisième voie : celle d'un pont entre attachement et psychosexualité ? La tendresse est-elle simplement une pulsion sexuelle inhibée quant au but ou autre chose ? Qu'est-ce que la tendresse au regard du cadre psychanalytique et des dispositifs s'en inspirant ? Une hérésie ? Un mal nécessaire ? Une impasse ? Ou ne pourrait-elle pas constituer un terreau fertile à la base de tout travail s'étayant sur la rencontre et le déploiement des relations ?
