Samen met drie andere ‘change and learning’ denkers zoekt Senge naar antwoorden op de vraag hoe diepgaande collectieve verandering plaatsvindt. Daarbij maken zij niet alleen gebruik van hun eigen ervaringen, maar ook van de gesprekken die zij voor dit boek met vele wetenschappers hadden.
