Le début de cette décennie 2010 implique de penser l'internationalisation de l'entreprise différemment. L'enjeu est d'intégrer les deux ruptures majeures qui ont conclu les années 2000: la crise économique et la crise écologique. La première a précicpité le basculement Nord-Sud. la Chine sort de cette décennie en tant que leader du commerce mondiale, les firmes multinationales des pays émergents ne cessent de conquérir des marchés et rachètent à tour de bras des entreprises du Nord fragilisées. La seconde crise va révolutionner les transports, en exigeant de réduire les distances entre les consommateurs et les producteurs, au point que certains parlent de "déglobalisation". Comment s'adapter à ces changements qui transforment le monde actuel ? L'internationalisation reste plus que jamais une réponse stratégique pertinente pour accroître la performance et lutter dans un univers ultra-concurrentiel.
