Ce mémoire envisage la question de la place de la justice restaurative dans le cas des victimes d’attentats. 
Dans un premier temps, il s’agira de mettre en exergue la spécificité des victimes d’attentats, victimes passives par excellence. En effet, celles-ci sont simplement « utilisées » dans un conflit plus large qui les dépassent en tant que personne et connaissent ainsi une déshumanisation complète ce qui pourrait interroger concernant la possibilité d’entamer un processus de justice restaurative. 
Dans un second temps, il s’agira d’analyser comment la justice restaurative pourrait répondre aux besoins et attentes réelles des victimes de terrorisme pour pallier à un système pénal remis en cause depuis plusieurs années. 
Ce travail se fera sur la base d’une analyse de la littérature existante ainsi que sur la base d’entretiens menés avec des victimes des principaux attentats ayant touché l’Europe : les attentats du 13 novembre 2015 à Paris et ceux du 22 mars 2016 à Bruxelles. This dissertation considers the place of restorative justice in the case of victims of terrorist attacks. 
Firstly, it will highlight the specific nature of victims of terrorist attacks, who are passive victims by excellence, as they are simply ‘used’ in a wider conflict that goes beyond them as individuals and therefore experience complete dehumanisation, which could raise questions about the possibility of initiating a restorative justice process. 
The second stage will involve analysing how restorative justice could meet the real needs and expectations of victims of terrorism in order to compensate for a criminal justice system that has been called into question for several years. 
This work will be based on an analysis of the existing literature and on interviews with victims of the main attacks that have affected Europe: the attacks of November 13th, 2015 in Paris and those of March 22nd, 2016 in Brussels.
