This volume considers the important and timely question of criminal justice as a method of addressing state violence committed by non-democratic regimes. The book's main objectives concern a fresh, contemporary, and critical analysis of transitional criminal justice as a concept and its related measures, beginning with the initiatives that have been put in place with the fall of the Communist regimes in Europe in 1989.The project argues for rethinking and revisiting filters that scholars use to interpret main issues of transitional criminal justice, such as: the relationship between judicial accountability, democratisation and politics in transitional societies; the role of successor trials in rewriting history; the interaction between domestic and international actors and specific initiatives in shaping transitional justice; and the paradox of time in enhancing accountability for human rights violations. In order to accomplish this, the volume considers cases of domestic accountability in the post-1989 era, from different geographical areas, such as Europe, Asia and Africa, in relation to key events from various periods of time. In this way the approach, which investigates space and time-lines in key examples, also takes into account a longitudinal study of transitional criminal justice itself. VOLUME 1 : La réglementation du chômage est vaste, complexe et mouvante. Cette contribution sera consacrée à l'analyse des conditions d'admissibilité et des conditions d'octroi pour bénéficier des allocations de chômage. Nous passerons en revue non seulement les conditions posées à l'admission ou l'octroi des allocations consignées dans le la réglementation mais nous analyserons également l'importante jurisprudence qui vient expliciter ou définir certaines notions. La dernière partie sera consacrée à l'indemnisation qui varie en fonction de la situation familiale, de la dernière rémunération, mais surtout, depuis la réforme des allocations, en fonction du passé professionnel. VOLUME 2 : Au-delà des règles générales d'admission et d'indemnisation, l'assurance chômage compte également de multiples régimes particuliers auxquels peuvent s'appliquer, le cas échéant, des règles dérogatoires. Le statut de l'artiste et la situation des travailleurs à temps partiel illustrent parfaitement la complexité de ces règles qui, par ailleurs, rendent la compréhension du système de l'assurance chômage encore plus difficile pour les assurés sociaux. Cette difficulté à appréhender le système de l'assurance est encore renforcée par la 6ème réforme de l'État qui a transféré une série de compétences du fédéral vers les entités fédérées. L'occasion est, ici, de faire le point sur la situation des travailleurs ALE et des travailleurs titres-services. Outre les conditions de fond pour bénéficier des allocations de chômage, une certaine procédure est de mise dans le cadre de l'introduction des demandes, du traitement des dossiers. Ce second volume s'attachera donc à expliciter les procédures qui sont consignées dans la réglementation et qui portent tant sur les délais et la manière d'introduire une demande que sur la procédure en révision administrative et la récupération des allocations de chômage. Enfin, l'assurance chômage, c'est aussi une politique de contrôle. Dénommée « sauvegarde du système » par l'administration elle-même, cette surveillance s'opère à différents niveaux. Les plus connus sont la surveillance du travail au noir, de la situation familiale et de l'incapacité de travail. Les politiques menées ces dernières années présagent sans doute aussi de contrôles de plus en plus fréquents et de plus en plus drastiques dans ces domaines.
