Focuses on the formation of São Paulo cities created by the former Companhia Estrada de Ferro Noroeste do Brasil - now called Novoeste, from the beginning of the construction of the railway in 1905, until 1914, a date that marks the end of the connection between Bauru (SP) and Porto Esperança, in present-day Mato Grosso do Sul.
