Abstract

Mettre au point les tests et questionnaires pour une evaluation nationale des acquis scolaires' est le deuxieme volume de cette serie destinee a renforcer les capacites afin de realiser des evaluations techniquement adequates des niveaux nationaux des acquis des eleves. Cet ouvrage presente aux lecteurs les activites impliquees dans l'elaboration des tests de performance, notamment la conception d'un cadre d'evaluation la redaction des items a choix multiple et a reponse construite le pre-test la production de carnets de tests et la notation manuelle des items. Une section consacree a l'elaboration des questionnaires explique comment mettre au point les questionnaires rediger les questions coder les reponses et relier les questionnaires aux tests. La derniere section traite de l'elaboration du manuel d'administration de test du recrutement des administrateurs de tests et de la prise de contact avec les etablissements echantillonnes. Le CD d'accompagnement contient des exemples d'items extraits de tests nationaux et internationaux des exemples de questionnaires et des manuels administratifs. Cet ouvrage constitue une ressource utile pour les personnes concernees par l'evaluation de l'education en particulier pour les professionnels participant aux evaluations nationales des acquis des eleves.

Over the years, interest in data has always grown and, aware of their centrality, many institutions, both public and private, share their data to facilitate the work of all those who wish to use them to interpret phenomena. In the education field, the data produced by INVALSI undoubtedly have a leading role, both at a sample and census level. The availability of data on learning achievements and living conditions of students (the so-called “context data”), as well as on the professional and operational conditions of teachers and School Managers, collected through specific questionnaires, is a valuable source of information based on which it is possible not only to plan improvement interventions in the didactic field, but also to undertake stimulating paths of educational research. This volume hosts four research papers, presented within the III Seminar “INVALSI data: a research tool”, which took place in Bari from 26 to 28 October 2018. Thanks to the INVALSI data, the authors conducted interesting in-depth analysis of various aspects relating to the Italian education system.

Abstract

Uruguay faces medium- and long-term challenges associated with two global megatrends: population aging and technological change. These two megatrends have been developing for some time, but policy responses have been late or inadequate in many cases. Trying to delay them--by promoting higher fertility or enforcing restrictions on the adoption of new technologies--would probably be ineffective but also ill-advised, as these trends are generating important opportunities to increase production and welfare. The objective of this book is to identify these opportunities, as well as the challenges that population aging and technological change pose for the Uruguayan economy and to determine how they can be addressed through better-designed public policies, with a focus on the development of new skills that increase workers' productivity.

Abstract

Wie kaum eine andere Institution hat die Schule Einfluss auf die Subjektivierung von Kindern und Jugendlichen. Sprache fungiert dabei als Differenzkategorie, durch die Gruppen gebildet, Anerkennungen und Zugehörigkeiten verhandelt sowie Subjektpositionen als Identitätsschablonen angeboten werden. Anhand der Interpretativen Subjektivierungsanalyse untersucht die Autorin, welches Wissen im Bildungsdiskurs über Sprache(n) und Sprecher*innen vermittelt wird und wie sich Schüler*innen mit diesem Wissen auseinandersetzen. More than any other institution, school has an influence on the subjectivation of children and young people. Language functions here as a category of difference, through which groups are formed, recognitions and affiliations are negotiated, and subject positions are offered as identity templates. Using Interpretative Analysis of Subjectivation, the author examines what knowledge is conveyed in the educational discourse about language(s) and speakers and how students deal with this knowledge. Mit ihrer Studie leistet Vesna Bjegač somit einen äußerst wichtigen Beitrag zu erziehungswissenschaftlichen und zweitsprachdidaktischen Thematisierungen mehrsprachigen Erlebens in dem sie Wirksamkeiten von sprachbasierten diskriminierenden Zuschreibungen in deren diskursiver Verhandlung und Bedeutung für mehrsprachige Subjekte aufzeigt. Abstract

A l’heure du développement de l’intelligence artificielle, de la dématérialisation de l’économie ou encore de la robotisation toujours plus importante des processus de production, l’éducation est devenue en peu de temps, un domaine d’investissement crucial pour les pouvoirs publics soucieux d’assurer la compétitivité de leur tissu économique évoluant dans un environnement toujours plus concurrentiel. &#13;&#13;L’objectif de ce mémoire est d’utiliser les données de l’enquête PISA 2015 afin de trouver dans un premier temps quels sont les déterminants explicatifs des résultats moyens obtenus par les élèves âgés de 15 ans provenant d’Allemagne, de Belgique, de France et d’Italie. &#13;&#13;Après avoir vérifié la pertinence des variables explicatives grâce aux estimations par la méthode des moindres carrés ordinaires, nous utiliserons le modèle des frontières stochastiques de production afin d’évaluer et de comparer les niveaux d’efficience des pays repris dans notre échantillon.
