La dermatologie du 19e et du 20e si cle a t marqu e par des innovations qui ont transform de mani re d finitive le contenu de la discipline. Cet ouvrage propose une s lection de ces innovations reposant sur l association de trois crit res: mutation intellectuelle ou structurelle, contexte politique et social, valeur heuristique. Chaque transformation a fait l objet de controverses; toutefois, certaines de ces controverses ont occup une place particuli re dans l histoire de la dermatologie aux 19e et 20e si cles.
