As much of a barometer of design as its successful predecessors, 'Night Fever 5' is a global overview of the prevailing trends in hospitality design. The luxurious volume consists of three chapters; the first covers bars and clubs, the second features restaurants, and the third is devoted to hotel interiors. This book offers readers 130 fresh and exciting projects featured on a total of 600 pages. Interiors are featured on 2 to 8 pages that are filled with photos, drawings, sketches, floor plans and of course a description of the design. For each project the text explains how the designers fulfilled their client's wishes, how they incorporated the client's identity, how the concept developed, what materials were used and how the design was executed. Projects are selected based on their original concept, creativity, innovative approach or the project's unmistakable wow-factor. An extensive index at the back of the book describes each featured design studio including their contact details and the addresses of each venue they have designed.

The agricultural sector is subject to economic uncertainties and must continually adapt. In order to guarantee an income, farmers must find solutions. Diversification is an option chosen by many of them. Because of unused farm buildings and a very touristic region, some farmers choose agritourism. 
The aim of this thesis is to understand farmers who are involved in the gites and/or Bed and Breakfasts. The aim is to gain a better understanding of the economic aspect of agricultural diversification in the field of agritourism and the different impacts it can have on the turnover and results of farms. The literature focuses primarily on the determinants that drive farmers to diversify but not on the economic impact.
Therefore, the first theoretical part provides a better understanding of agricultural diversification and agritourism. This part has also allowed to compare the different opinions of the authors and to build relevant hypotheses. This methodology provided a solid basis for the qualitative surveys carried out with diversified Walloon farmers. 
First, semi-directive interviews were conducted with 20 farmers. This survey allows a comparison with the literature. 
The second survey is the study of a real case of para-agricultural diversification where the results of the farm and of the gîte will be investigated.
Analyses show that motivations, determinants and social contact do not seem to be exactly the same for diversified Walloon farmers as in the literature. The findings also show that Walloon farms are currently financially stable. This has not always been the case. Diversification provides them with financial support in the event of a crisis. Moreover, agritourism allows them to enhance the value of their buildings and to invest in the long term. However, it should be noted that this contribution cannot save a farm that is not financially strong.

Le projet de chambres d’hôtes en plein cœur d’Ivoz-Ramet, au sein même du château de Ramet, représente la possible création d'un espace de quiétude dans une ancienne ferme rénovée, offrant un attrait touristique prometteur. Inspiré par ce lieu paisible et accueillant, nous décidons d'explorer ses perspectives économiques. 

Ce mémoire propose une plongée théorique dans les rouages du tourisme rural, mettant en lumière l'attrait des chambres d'hôtes au sein de cadres historiques tels que les châteaux. La revue de littérature explore les tendances actuelles du marché touristique, ainsi que les préférences des visiteurs en matière d'hébergement rural.

La partie pratique de ce travail présente le fruit d'une analyse minutieuse du marché, des clients potentiels et des stratégies de marketing adaptées. À travers l'élaboration d'un business plan détaillé, sont explorées les différentes étapes de réalisation du projet, incluant les essais, erreurs et justifications des choix posés. Une conclusion prévoyant une rentabilité immédiate et durable du projet confirme sa viabilité.

Ce mémoire propose des stratégies réfléchies et des recommandations pour maximiser ses chances de succès à long terme. Ce travail constitue une base solide pour la proposition d'un projet de création de chambres d’hôtes au sein du château de Ramet, offrant un guide détaillé pour son développement futur.
