FR : Ce mémoire s'attarde à déceler l'incidence d'un fonctionnaire politisé sur la décision politique. Après nous être intéressés aux relations politico-administratives, à la relation de méfiance qui s’est installée historiquement entre ces deux parties, aux pratiques susceptibles de politiser l’administration et de susciter une relation de méfiance entre l’organe politique et administratif, nous interrogeons aujourd’hui l’hypothèse d’un lien de causalité entre les partis politiques et la politisation. L’originalité de ce travail consiste ainsi à identifier les formes de mise en œuvre et d’influence de la politisation et indirectement à poser la question de savoir s’il existe une opportunité, au sens de circonstances qui conviennent, au maintien de la politisation pour les partis politiques.
