The fiftieth anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Rome is the fiftieth birthday of the "European project." Here an international team of 16 architects and urban planners associated with the important Dutch architecture think-tank, the Berlage Institute, asks how the city of Brussels can do justice to its mission as the capital of the continent.
