Damit der Praxistransfer von Schulprojekten gelingt, müssen die personellen und strukturellen Rahmenbedingungen der Schulen oder Bereiche mitgedacht werden, die Ergebnisse oder Innovationen aufgreifen wollen. Dieser Sammelband reflektiert, wie der Transfer von Schulentwicklungsprojekten in die Praxis erfolgreich umgesetzt werden kann. Nach einer Konkretisierung des Transferbegriffs werden zunächst die Kriterien einer gelingenden Transferarbeit erläutert. Aufbauend auf dieser theoretischen Grundlage stellen die Autorinnen und Autoren vier Pilotprojekte und deren praktische Umsetzung der Transferkriterien vor und leiten anschließend Handlungsempfehlungen und -strategien ab. Zentrale Themen sind Transferprozesse, Transferarbeit, Kooperations- und Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien, Kommunikation und Partizipation, Gelingensbedingungen von Transfer. Der Band richtet sich insbesondere an die Verantwortlichen in der Schulverwaltung, in Stiftungen und an Schulleitungen.
