In Abgrenzung zur romantischen Ästhetik der Originalität geht die Analyse des Textes von Gen 26 und seinen Kotexten von einer Ästhetik der Wertschätzung von Wiederholungen und "Doppelungen" aus. Nach der Vorstellung des rezeptionsästhetischen Auslegungskonzeptes wird der Lektüreprozess von Gen 12,10-20; Gen 20 und Gen 26 rekonstruiert, wobei nicht nur die christliche Sekundärliteratur, sondern auch jüdische Exegesen intensiv einbezogen werden. Die drei Geschichten von der Gefährdung der Ahnfrau und die beiden Brunnenstreit-Erzählungen werden als jeweils neue Folgen sichtbar, die mit Gen 26 in einer erzähltechnisch anspruchsvollen Friedens- und Segensgeschichte ihren Höhepunkt finden. In contrast to the romantic aesthetic of originality, this analysis of the texts of Genesis 26 and its co-texts proceeds from an aesthetic of valuing repetitions and 'doubling'. After presenting the concept of interpretation based on a reception aesthetic, the study reconstructs the process of reading Genesis 12:10–20, Genesis 20 and Genesis 26, considering not only Christian secondary literature, but also making extensive use of Jewish exegeses.

Der Autor präsentiert einen Beitrag zur neutestamentlichen Evangelienliteratur. Er untersucht in seiner literarischen und traditionsgeschichtlichen Analyse Lk 8-21 als integralen Teil des lukanischen Doppelwerkes. Seit Schleiermacher ist für die Erforschung des dritten Evangeliums die Hypothese eines mit Lk 9,51 beginnenden und über etwa zehn Kapitel sich erstreckenden "Reiseberichts" bzw. einer entsprechenden "central section" (so im angelsächsischen Sprachraum) leitend. Der Autor zeigt, dass diese Hypothese unlukanisch ist. Dadurch eröffnet sich ein neuer Zugang zum lukanischen Gesamtentwurf. Teil der Textanalyse ist u.a. ein Vergleich mit den narrativen Techniken der antiken Bios-Literatur. The author here presents a contribution to the Gospel literature of the New Testament. In his analysis of Luke 8-21 as an integral part of Luke-Acts, he deals with this section in a literary-critical and traditio-historical way. Ever since Schleiermacher the hypothesis of a "travel narrative" or a corresponding "central section" (the term employed in the English-speaking world) beginning in Luke 9:51 and covering about ten chapters, has been dominant in research of the Third Gospel. The author shows that this hypothesis is un-Lukan. This in turn makes a new access to the total Lukan project possible. One part of the analysis of the text, for example, is a comparison with the narrative techniques of bios literature in classical sources.
