The Düsseldorf artist Reinhard Mucha (*1950) exhibited at the Venice Biennale in 1990 and at the documenta in Kassel in 1997. With the redefinition of sculpture, photography and installation, his work is considered one of the most important positions in contemporary art. The catalog accompanying the artist’s exhibition combines installations that have not been seen for a long time with works from all creative phases and thus creates a panorama that extends over more than forty years of artistic work. The overview volume is being produced in close collaboration with the artist.
