En 2020, avec le confinement, nous avons été sommés de nous mettre au télétravail. Des millions de Français ont alors découvert le travail à domicile, dans des conditions bien différentes pour les uns et les autres. À l'image de l'emblématique Zoom, la visioconférence s'est imposée comme l'instrument de la résilience des individus et des collectifs.
