Vladimir Poutine ne laisse personne indifferent. Tantot diabolise par l'Occident, tantot adule surtout en Russie et dans les pays slaves, il est encore la pour longtemps. Sur l'echiquier geopolitique mondial, le chef du Kremlin est un maitre. Poutine est un pragmatique. Il s'adapte aux circonstances, aux forces et aux faiblesses de ses adversaires. Plus que jamais, Poutine apparait comme incontournable dans les relations internationales. Arrive au pouvoir avec le siecle, le president russe est aujourd'hui sur tous les fronts ... non seulement en Europe, en Ukraine, mais aussi en Eurasie tout comme au Moyen-Orient.
