Abstract

Dit boek, gepubliceerd door ORSEU, is bedoeld ter voorbereiding van kandidaten op de abstracte redeneertest, onderdeel van de examens georganiseerd door SELOR®. ORSEU en de auteurs van dit boek hebben geen enkele band met SELOR®. Selectiebureau SELOR® heeft op geen enkele manier bijgedragen aan de redactie van dit boek.Dit boek is bedoeld voor al wie zich kandidaat stelt voor het SELOR®-examen (niveau A, B, C en D) en die zich zo goed mogelijk wenst voor te bereiden op de test rond abstract redeneervermogen.Deze test peilt naar het logische denkvermogen van de kandidaten. Elke oefening bestaat uit twee soorten figuren: de 'basisfiguren' en de 'eindfiguren'. Tussen beide staan één of meer symbolen die allemaal een afzonderlijke instructie bevatten. Deze symbolen kunnen knoppen, vierkanten of dominostenen zijn. De kandidaat moet de basisfiguren vergelijken met de eindfiguren om de betekenis van elk van deze symbolen te achterhalen. Vervolgens moet hij/zij deze instructies toepassen op nieuwe basisfiguren om de juiste eindfiguren te creëren.De test rond abstract redeneervermogen is een moeilijke test. Om te slagen, moet de kandidaat de structuur van de basisschermen en de verschillende soorten transformaties die van toepassing kunnen zijn op basisfiguren, kennen. Hij/zij moet overeenkomsten en verschillen tussen de vormen en combinaties van vormen kunnen achterhalen om te bepalen wat de symbolen betekenen. Hij moet tevens ook zijn werk zo goed mogelijk organiseren om een maximumaantal vragen binnen de toegestane termijn te beantwoorden.Intelligentie speelt bij deze test rond abstract redeneervermogen geen rol, het komt alleen aan op methode en training. Dit boek geeft u enkele cruciale tips om een maximumscore te behalen. Cet ouvrage, publié par l’ORSEU, est destiné à la préparation des candidats au test de capacité de raisonnement abstrait des examens organisés par le SELOR ®. L’ORSEU et les auteurs n’ont aucun lien avec le SELOR ®. Le SELOR ® n’a, en aucune façon, contribué à la rédaction de cet ouvrage.Ce livre a été écrit pour tous les candidats aux examens du SELOR ® (niveaux A, B, C et D). Il est destiné aux personnes qui veulent s’exercer dans les meilleures conditions à la pratique du test de raisonnement abstrait.Ce test évalue le raisonnement logique des candidats. Chaque exercice est composé de 2 sortes des figures appelées « figures de base » et « figures finales ». Entre ces 2 ensembles, se trouvent un ou plusieurs symboles qui représentent une consigne. Ces symboles sont soit des boutons, soit des dés, soit des dominos. Afin d’en découvrir le sens, le candidat devra comparer les figures de base aux figures finales. Puis il devra mettre en application ces instructions pour trouver les figures finales qui concorderont avec les figures de base données.Le test de raisonnement abstrait est complexe. Il est nécessaire, pour le réussir, que le candidat connaisse l’agencement des écrans de base et les différentes sortes de modifications que peuvent subir les figures de base. Il doit pouvoir déceler les similarités et les différences entre les formes et les combinaisons de forme afin de déterminer la signification des symboles. Parallèlement, il doit structurer de la meilleure des façons son travail pour répondre à un nombre maximal de question dans la durée de temps donnée.Pour réussir le test de raisonnement abstrait, méthode et entraînement priment. Abstract

De laatste jaren heeft het begrip 'kennisborging' ingang gevonden bij heel wat HR-managers. De afgelopen jaren zijn er immers veel ervaren babyboomers uitgestroomd of van functie veranderd, waardoor essentiële kennis en ervaring onherroepelijk verloren dreigden te gaan voor de organisatie. Die grijze kennis ontdekken en koesteren is voor veel ondernemingen dé uitdaging.Kennisborging is een verzameling van middelen om dat ene doel te bereiken. De overdracht en de vastlegging van kritieke kennis zijn essentieel voor een organisatie, maar we zullen in dit betoog ook aantonen dat kennisborging slechts een onderdeel is van kennismanagement. Kennismanagement kan dan weer niet verengd worden tot een hulpmiddel voor HR- of competentiebeleid. Het is immers een volwaardige strategische managementtool om kennis in een organisatie duurzaam en structureel te beheren.Naast de definities en eisen van kennismanagement zullen we ook de opstart van kennisbeheer in een organisatie, de methoden en instrumenten voor kennisbeheer kort toelichten. We zullen ook aangeven welke rol Human Resources Management kan spelen in het kader van kennismanagement. Abstract

L'ouvrage aborde de manière pragmatique les défis et enjeux actuels de la gestion et préservation de l'information au regard de deux éléments contextuels de première importance : - La fin du monopole des départements informatiques sur la maîtrise des actifs informationnels ; - Et la valorisation, tant financière qu'opérationnelle, de l'information en tant qu'actif de l'entreprise.
