The collection of texts and sources was created as the basis for an excursion to Hamburg. Architecture students deal with the question of how the use of brick and clinker building materials has changed over time in terms of construction and design. The focus of the analyzes was on the period between 1880 and 1930, since building with "brick" was subject to particularly strong changes in these decades.
