Abstract

This paper reports on the internship at Contract.fit with regards to the creation of process standardization. Contract.fit provides an intelligent automation solution for everyday cognitive tasks and can be described as a mixture of a horizontal and vertical AI company. The company wants to stardardize their main business processes for internal and commercial objectives. In this work three different deliverables are developed to introduce a standardized and efficient approach. A first document “The Contract.fit Playbook” is a guide for employees to understand what they should be doing at all stages of a project. A second deliverable is “The Solution Design” and once filled in gives a clear overview of the clients’ needs in order to optimize handover from sales to development. The third document, The Commercial Playbook, is a practical information tool about the phases in a project and is aimed to improve cooperation between Contract.fit and the client. The report describes in detail the process which resulted in the three deliverables. The three documents together make it possible for Contract.fit to work more structured and is vital in trying to grow in a sustainable way.
