This book constitutes the thoroughly refereed post-conference proceedings of six international workshops held in the framework of the 7th Pacific-Rim Symposium on Image and Video Technology, PSIVT 2015, during November 23-24, 2015, in Auckland, New Zealand. The 29 revised full papers presented were carefully selected from 58 submissions.
