This proceedings volume focuses on the business models and higher education schemes in various countries that drive sustainable development. Specifically, it combines different approaches to issues such as social practices, educational practices, academic policies, energy, sustainable growth, R&D and global security from the point of view of academics, entrepreneurs, policy-makers and NGO representatives. Featuring selected contributions presented at the 2018 PRIZK International Conference on Entrepreneurial and Sustainable Academic Leadership (ESAL2018) held in the Czech Republic, this book combines contributions from both theory and practice providing a unique toolbox of policies for entrepreneurs and academics alike.
