Cette étude quantitative rétrospective monocentrique à pour objectif d'analyser le cout/remboursement de la mesure FFR et de la comparer à d'autres interventions réalisées en salle de coronarographie. Il conviendra de prendre en compte les frais directs et indirects liés aux procédures. Une fois ces postes chiffrés, il sera intéressant de vérifier si le remboursement accordé par l'INAMI couvre suffisamment les frais reliés à la FFR. Une liste similaire sera établie parallélement pour une dilatation coronaire percutané (PCI) simple dans le décours d’une FFR positive. Les données relatives aux procédures de FFR et PCI disponibles de début 2019 à fin 2022 seront analysées, ce qui permettra de comparer les surcoûts potentiel de l’approche PCI-guidée par FFR à l’approche conventionnelle et de déterminer si l’impact économique joue également un rôle dans la sous utilisation de la FFR.
