Title in English: Diversification of Preschool Education in the Czech Republic The book summarizes the results of the project "Diversification of Preschool Education in the Czech Republic: Inclusion, Exclusion and Social Inequalities". The research is based on group and individual interviews, mapping the context of preschool education and direct observations in preschools. It explores the links between social inequalities and the diversifying supply of preschool education, especially in connection to parental choices and strategies related to preschool selection. The book focuses on microprocesses of (re)constructing social differences that are grounded in the ethos of the facility, as well as in parents' perceptions of their children's temperaments and their understanding of childhood and children's needs in preschool age.

Title in English: Effectiveness of the teacher's work in inclusive education: A self-assessment tool for students of pedagogic fileds For teachers, to be able to fulfill the role "of carrier of change", he or she must be identified with the idea of education for all, accept responsibility for the education of all his or her students, and be able to recognize and solve any form of exclusion and unequal. At the same time, it turns out that a fundamental factor forming the teachers' actions in the inclusive classroom is their inner confidence in their own ability to manage individual aspects of educational activities. The book "A World for Children Under Three. Insights Into the Current Form of ECEC in the CR" is the first pedagogical-sociological book in the CR dealing with current facilities for children under three years of age - children's groups / micro-creches, kindergarten classes for two-year-olds, and children's centres. It is addressed to professionals, students, parents and everyone else interested in bringing the worlds of parents, caregivers and children who meet in these facilities closer together. It presents key research findings of the project ECEC in Day Care Facilities in the CR, relating to children's collective everyday life, the work of (head) teachers and nannies, and the experiences and expectations of parents, and relates them to the current system framework. Kniha "Svět pro děti do tří let. Vhledy do současné podoby rané výchovy a péče v ČR" představuje první pedagogicko-sociologicky zaměřenou knihu, která se v ČR věnuje současným zařízením pro děti do 3 let - dětské skupiny/mikrojesle, třídy MŠ pro dvouleté děti, dětská centra. Oslovuje jak odbornou a studentskou, tak i rodičovskou a jinak zainteresovanou veřejnost se záměrem sblížit světy rodičů, pečujícího personálu a dětí, které se v těchto zařízeních setkávají. Představuje klíčové výsledky výzkumu projektu Pedagogika raného věku v institucích denní péče v ČR (spolufinancován TA ČR), které se týkají každodennosti kolektivu dětí, práce ředitelek, učitelek a chův, zkušeností a očekávání rodičů v těchto zařízeních, a reflektuje je spolu se současným systémovým rámcem.
