This book constitutes the proceedings of the 15th International Conference on Perspectives in Business Informatics Research, BIR 2016, held in Prague, Czech Republic, in September 2016. Overall, 61 submissions from 16 countries were rigorously reviewed by 42 members of the program committee representing 21 countries. The selected 21 full papers and 3 short papers are included in this volume together with 2 abstracts of invited talks. Information Systems Development: Business Systems and Services: Modeling and Development, is the collected proceedings of the 19th International Conference on Information Systems Development held in Prague, Czech Republic, August 25 - 27, 2010.
