Presenters are highly valuable in the event staffing market due to their crucial roles in directing, informing, and entertaining audiences, requiring them to possess charisma, experience, and eloquence. Golden Goose Events offers presenters internationally but struggles to market them effectively, treating them like all other staff. This approach makes it difficult for GGE to compete in the specialized and highly competitive market of presenters and speakers. The project aims to establish a new branch for Golden Goose Events (GGE) focused on Presenter staff, utilizing existing market presence to solidify a competitive edge in the presenter market. The initial idea involves a comprehensive step-by-step plan to make the new branch fully functional, despite challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. This project is divided into two phases and is expected to take around 11 months, with the possibility of completing it in 9 months if everything goes smoothly. It begins with thorough market research and progresses to the official launch of the new branch's services. In the first phase, research and foundation are the main focus. The key activities include detailed market research to understand competition and market dynamics. A new domain, website, and social media presence for the new branch will be developed to distinguish it from the main company. The new branch will also require naming and logo design to establish a unique brand identity. Compiling a list of potential presenters to recruit and conducting a competitor analysis are essential to refine the strategy. The second phase involves finalization and launch. The new branch will be officially established with all necessary documentation and legal clearances. Recruitment will progress with online interviews to finalize the list of presenters. Operational setup will ensure the branch is ready to function. GGE will leverage existing client relationships to introduce the new presenter services. There is also the option to opt for the second solution which involves the restructuring of the current company staff. This puts a focus on resolving existing struggles within the company before adding on another branch. My internship was a test of my ability to handle responsibility and maintain focus in a completely remote setting. Despite my initial struggles with the fast-paced environment and learning new tools, I grew more accustomed to the routine. The project, opening a new branch for Golden Goose Events, was ambitious and daunting, but it provided significant growth and learning opportunities. I realized my preference for collaborative projects and faced challenges working solo. Overall, the experience taught me about self-discipline, recruitment, and field marketing, shaping my career trajectory as I approach the end of my university studies.
