he main objective of this book is to outline a profile of the leaders and union members who participated in the founding congress of Força Sindical: profession, age, sex, entities that represented political and union opinions, etc. The information was obtained through a questionnaire applied to delegates and members of the National Directorate who participated in the congress, held in São Paulo, at the Memorial da América Latina, on March 8, 9 and 10, 1991.
