The purpose of this thesis is to explain what type of impact remote working and hybrid working actually have on the life of a worker. The research describes the definition of remote working with its advantages and disadvantages. In this research there are multiple sources and references that give statistics from Europe, USA and the whole world. Another goal was to see if remote working is better for the people. The data was collected from various sources. The literature review data was collected from various sources such as research papers, blogs, newspapers and books. For the methodology, information was gathered through a survey that was a qualitative and a quantitative research. That helped in making a precise critical analysis and a better observation. This study aims to shed light on remote working and determine whether remote working has an impact on employees' careers. The research's goal is to determine whether today's type of work may cause issues including poor health outcomes, a lack of interaction, and more. The goal will also be to determine whether this method of working will offer advantages including a better daily schedule, less commuting, and more. The results should help the company ‘Solitec’ understand the new methods of working and make an informed judgment on whether to put them into practice.
