Le présent ouvrage regroupe des articles issus de deux manifestations qui ont eu lieu en 2014 dans la Région métropolitaine trinationale du Rhin supérieur : le colloque " Eurographics 2014 - Immersion pour l'apprentissage et l'éducation " et l'atelier de recherche franco-allemand " L'apprentissage médiatisé des langues dans la région transfrontalière du Rhin supérieur : état des lieux et perspectives ". Les articles y rendent compte de la diversité des outils technologiques utilisés pour l'apprentissage en général, et plus spécifiquement celui des langues. Les auteurs présentent les potentialités de ces technologies, par exemple, celles du Tableau Blanc Interactif, des plateformes d'apprentissage ou encore de la réalité virtuelle qui plonge l'apprenant dans un monde entièrement créé par ordinateur. Les activités d'apprentissage informel en ligne, telles que le visionnage des séries télévisées, y sont également abordées. Les contributions recueillies interrogent l'adaptation technique et surtout les apports de ces outils pour l'apprentissage en général et pour l'acquisition des langues en particulier
