Die Verwirklichung schulischer Inklusion stellt besondere Anforderungen an alle Beteiligten. Seitens der (angehenden) Lehrkräfte gelten ihr Inklusionsverständnis, ihre Heterogenitätssensibilität, ihre Selbstwirksamkeitsüberzeugung in Bezug auf das Unterrichten heterogener Lerngruppen und ihre adaptive Lehrkompetenz (IHSA) als zentrale Konstrukte. Das IHSA-Skalenhandbuch stellt Testinstrumente zur Erfassung dieser Konstrukte vor, die im Projekt "Fachdidaktische Qualifizierung Inklusion angehender Lehrkräfte an der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin (FDQI-HU)" entwickelt und erprobt worden sind. Es dokumentiert jeweils theoretisch-konzeptionelle Hintergründe, die empirische Operationalisierung anhand der Items, Verfahren der Auswertung sowie statistische Kennwerte.
