Although the Luxembourg ecosystem is rather known for the strength of its financial sector or still for its level of quality of life, the country is currently deploying the sector of the entrepreneurship. Since about ten years, the government has taken big initiatives in favor of the entrepreneurs. Numerous support structures are created and initiatives are implemented to guide the entrepreneur to success. This project-thesis aims at analyzing the support measures for entrepreneurship within the Greater Region and their opportunities for the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. This work is based on various qualitative and quantitative analysis of the support structures and of the needs of the entrepreneurs. First of all, the analysis of Luxembourg's entrepreneurial ecosystem was conducted in order to discover the various actors available in the country as well as their opinion on the strengths and weaknesses of Luxembourg. The same approach was undertaken with the entrepreneurs to have their opinion regarding the different help and support structures made available for them. The scope of the study had to be reframed to focus solely on a typical profile. After several challenges, I chose to focus on entrepreneurs with a scalable and/or replicable project during their creation phase. Additionally, four qualities of this entrepreneurial profile have been defined. Based on these ones, evaluation grids were designed to guide my benchmarking. Different support structures have been identified and assessed. Thanks to this comparison, suggestions for improvement have been proposed to the Chamber of Commerce. For example, to improve the skills of human resources who guide entrepreneurs, to create communities in order to gather entrepreneurs together or also to develop a favorable frame for business angels. This study has shown that Luxembourg is on the right track and must continue to deploy many initiatives with the aim of highlighting Luxembourg's entrepreneurship sector.
