This project finds a solution for deburring the pipes used at the Victaulic warehouse. In the first chapter of the report a description of the different problems that occurred during the research is given. Each problem is being clarified and the possible solutions are listed. The second chapter contains a handful of prototypes that passed the revue. The different features of these are explained as well as the evolutions they underwent.In chapter three, the final design is being introduced along with the information about all of the technical drawingsIn chapter four, some information about 3D-printing is being analyzed. The project will be 3D-printed for testing and this chapter explains how the design will be changed in order to make it printable.In chapter five the cost calculation is displayed. The prices for standard components as well as edited components are being shown in the table. Chapter six is a small explanation of the way the final build has to be installed.To conclude, chapter seven specifies the evaluation of the project. Are the demands met and how is what is its total cost?
