Aachener Bausachverständigentage behandeln schwerpunktmäßig den sich daraus ergebenden Konflikt, dass sowohl die öffentlich-rechtlichen als auch die privatrechtlichen Anforderungen und Erwartungen an Bauwerke stetig steigen. Die Änderungen der Bautechnik sind heute erheblich schneller als früher, als sich Bauweisen und -produkte noch über einen längeren Zeitraum bewähren mussten und auch konnten.
