Les risques psychosociaux représentent un sujet de société majeur. Leur enjeu humain est de taille au sein de l'entreprise : mal-être et stress touchent un quart des salariés et les cas portés devant la justice sont nombreux. L'entreprise a une obligation de résultat dans la gestion des risques psychosociaux et, pour y parvenir, RH et encadrement doivent appréhender leur définition précise et les outils de prévention à leur disposition.
