Efentherapie bij nekaandoeningen bespreekt de evaluatie en behandeling van patiënten met nekpijn. De kinesitherapeut kan er gemakkelijk mee aan de slag en leert de technieken op een veilige manier toe te passen. In het eerste deel wordt dieper ingegaan op de anatomie en biomechanica van de cervicale en scapulothoracale regio, waarbij een klinisch redeneermodel wordt uitgewerkt voor deze patiëntengroep. Zo krijgt de kinesitherapeut een leidraad voor het klinisch onderzoek en voor het behandelplan. In het tweede deel wordt de evaluatie van de patiënt besproken en in het derde deel wordt er stap voor stap een algemeen revalidatieschema uitgewerkt dat de kinesitherapeut kan gebruiken bij preventieve én therapeutische interventies. Het laatste deel beschrijft specifieke toepassingen aan de hand van casussen en foto's.
