Présentation Comment les ingénieries agissent-elles sur les pratiques de projets architecturaux et urbains et de quelle façon en étudier les phénomènes d'évolution ? Plutôt que de découper les ingénieries reliées aux pratiques de projet par les types d'acteurs qui les portent (la maîtrise d'ouvrage ou la maîtrise d'oeuvre) ou par les types d'enjeux impliqués (le foncier, le spatial, le financier, l'urbanistique ou le management de projet), l'action de recherche s'est structurée à partir d'une distinction séquentielle autour de trois grands moments de la vie des projets : les ingénieries de programmation, les ingénieries de conception et les ingénieries de réalisation. Ces témoignages s'organisent autour de trois grandes thématiques : • les évolutions du système d'acteurs vues par des acteurs en situation opérationnelle • les évolutions des pratiques de projet analysées par des experts qui ont apporté leurs avis de spécialistes sur les résultats de nos travaux • les évolutions des nouvelles technologies Cet ouvrage est l'aboutissement d'une action de recherche originale intitulée "Pratiques de projet et ingénieries" menée par le Plan Urbanisme Construction Architecture (PUCA), qui a été développée dans le cadre de "Programmer concevoir". Cette action de recherche a permis de mobiliser et de coordonner de nombreux chercheurs et représentants des milieux professionnels de différentes disciplines intervenant sur des projets architecturaux et urbains. À qui s'adresse cet ouvrage ? Cette synthèse est destinée à informer les milieux professionnels et ceux de l'enseignement et de la recherche de ces travaux qui présentent des points de vue complémentaires, parfois convergents ou contradictoires, sur des mutations professionnelles dont il est difficile parfois de saisir tous les enjeux et dont bien des options restent en devenir. This book, for the first time, provides a coherent, overall concept for taking account of uncertainty in the analysis, the safety assessment, and the design of structures. The reader is introduced to the problem of uncertainty modeling and familiarized with particular uncertainty models. For simultaneously considering stochastic and non-stochastic uncertainty the superordinated uncertainty model fuzzy randomness, which contains real valued random variables as well as fuzzy variables as special cases, is presented. For this purpose basic mathematical knowledge concerning the fuzzy set theory and the theory of fuzzy random variables is imparted. The body of the book comprises the appropriate quantification of uncertain structural parameters, the fuzzy and fuzzy probabilistic structural analysis, the fuzzy probabilistic safety assessment, and the fuzzy cluster structural design.
