Une série de remarques se rapportant à la saisie des configurations institutionnelles participant à la régulation dans la période actuelle est présentée. Des phénomènes inscrits dans une dynamique d'action-rétroaction à l'égard de l'État et de l'économie sont mis en évidence afin de les intégrer à l'analyse des configurations institutionnelles. Ces phénomènes doivent être compris non seulement dans leur dimension structurelle mais aussi à travers la pratique des acteurs. La question des acteurs permet de mettre en rapport les histoires socio-politiques et les configurations institutionnelles différenciées selon les pays. À titre d'outil de travail, la typologie pourrait servir à la compréhension de cette différenciation. A series of remarks related to the understanding of the current institutional forms of regulation are presented. Phenomena associated with an action-feedback dynamic between the state and the economy are outlined and integrated to an analysis of institutional forms. These phenomena must be understood not only in their structural dimension, but also as outcomes of the agents' actions. The study of actions allows us to associate national socio-political histories with country-specific institutional forms. A working typology can be useful to understand the link between the two.
