L’origine de cette étude trouve son fondement dans le cadre du projet qualité mené au sein d’une fonderie de la province de Luxembourg. Les travailleurs et plus particulièrement dans le cadre qui nous concerne les ébarbeurs, se sont exprimés sur les conditions de travail en utilisant le « team action qualité », outil de la politique de « qualité » que l’entreprise. Par la suite, le chef de sécurité et le médecin du travail en concertation avec le chef de production ont relayé les plaintes et ont formulé la demande permettant ainsi à cette étude ergonomique de voir le jour.
le projet consiste à étudier les conditions de travail des ébarbeurs dans cet établissement du secteur de la métallurgie. Les sujets de préoccupation des différentes parties sont essentiellement l’évaluation de la charge physique et des risques dorso-lombaires.
Dans un premier temps, un bilan global de la situation actuelle sera réalisé. Celui-ci permettra de mettre en évidence les différents facteurs nécessitant une analyse plus approfondie. Un chois parmi ceux-ci sera prioritairement effectué en fonction de la demande de l’entreprise et des autres études déjà en cours afin de réalisée, dans un second temps, une analyse spécifique.
L’ensemble de cette démarche visant à mettre en évidence les sources de contraintes au poste de l’ébarbeur et à proposer des améliorations aux problèmes sélectionnés
